What You’ll Do
You’ll be part of a team of two reporting into the Global Unlocking Potential Director shaping the strategy and execution of Unlocking Potential at BCG for our award-winning Diversity and Inclusion (‘D&I’) networks, alongside other strategic D&I projects and squads.
As Global Unlocking Potential (‘UP’) Senior Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the strategic direction and delivering the operational execution of BCG’s Global UP Centre of Excellence with a focus on D&I networks (such as AccessAbility@BCG, Pride@BCG, etc) and strategically important squads. You will own key initiatives and also liaison with and support various teams (globally, regionally, locally, and within BUs), to define high-impact strategies and enable consistent programme delivery across geographies. You will be part of the team responsible to ensure our D&I networks have a sharp value proposition for BCGers enabling them to perform at their best, and ensuring BCG remains an employer of choice and leading in the market.
This is an opportunity to work in a high-impact, transformative global role spanning cultures, cohorts and business units in nearly 50 countries and is a key strategic priority for BCG’s senior leadership.
