What you will do: Define and execute a global sales playbook to scale recurring revenue from £1M to £5M+ across EMEA, USA, and APAC. Collaborate with product and marketing teams to refine value propositions and negotiate complex enterprise contracts for global rollouts. The ideal candidate: Proven track record of scaling a B2B tech startup from £1M to at least £5M in recurring revenue specifically within the POS or retail tech sector. Extensive experience selling software and hardware solutions to major global retailers with a deep understanding of EMEA market dynamics.
