Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Global Warehouse Operations Manager with a proven track record in managing warehouse operations, logistics, and supply chain processes, particularly within African markets - and also the knowledge and connections of potential Ghanian businesses looking to expand their product lines into Canada, utilizing a 3PL Fulfillment Center such as ours.
The ideal candidate will bring expertise in navigating complex logistics environments and implementing best practices to optimize operations for a growing distribution network.
This role requires a candidate who can adapt strategies from African markets, especially Ghana, to enhance operations in Canada. If you are a leader who thrives in multicultural environments and has specialized knowledge of international supply chains, we want to hear from you!

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • MUST KNOW AND HAVE 2+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE USING “SHIPHERO” - a software for Fulfillment Center companies.

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH ONLINE APPAREL RETAIL COMPANIES.

  • 5+ years of experience in warehouse and logistics management, with a focus on African or Ghanaian markets.
  • Expertise in international logistics, particularly in managing imports and exports between Africa and North America.
  • Advanced proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and training diverse, multicultural teams.
  • Proven ability to adapt to resource-limited settings and streamline operations.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages such as Twi, Ga, or Hausa are an asset.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $35,000.00-$95,574.01 per year
