Description

The Global Wellness Specialist Intern supports the Total Rewards Operations Manager in extending wellness services to Church workforce members across the globe. You'll work closely with the Total Rewards Operations Manager to support the successful implementation of wellness strategies for Area HR Managers, Area Total Rewards Specialists, and Area HR Strategic Partners worldwide. Your primary focus will be execution and follow-up—gathering and creating wellness resources, maintaining regular communication with area leaders, and ensuring they receive the materials and ongoing support they need to address the unique physical and mental health needs of employees in their respective regions. This role emphasizes implementation and relationship maintenance. While the Total Rewards Operations Manager provides initial consultation and strategic direction to area leaders, you'll handle the day-to-day follow-up, resource delivery, and ongoing support that brings those strategies to life. You'll also support the Wellness Specialist Intern with onsite wellness center operations as needed, giving you comprehensive exposure to both global wellness strategy and local program delivery. Your impact will be felt across continents as you help create a culture of wellbeing that transcends geographic boundaries and empowers Church employees worldwide to bring their best energy to their sacred and important work.
