GLOBAL WORKPLACE CAPITAL AND COMMERCIAL LEAD (PRINCIPAL GLOBAL WORKPLACE)

• Oversee the capital and commercial components of an end to end property and workplace function including Finance, Procurement, Capital Planning, as well PMO and governance.

We are looking for a leader to oversee the capital and commercial team within Global Workplace. The team comprises Finance, PMO, Procurement, Change and Communications and Projects.
The focus of the role is to deliver high quality service for the above mentioned elements which are critical in the running of our global commercial office portfolio. The Global Workplace function manages and operates all our primary corporate offices globally and this role is essential in ensuring that the budgeting, communications, capital, governance and reporting are in place to provide excellent analysis and forecasting. The position holder will be a seasoned professional and leader with the ability to manage remote teams across a range of disciplines. An inquisitive and growth mindset is essential.
It is also expected that they will interface with stakeholders around the business from each of the respective areas of their team.

Reporting to the Senior Manager Global Workplace & FM, you will

• Provide strategic leadership over all the component parts of the team ensuring the Global Workplace function as whole is efficient and effective.
• Oversees the Property capital and operating planning cycles and delivery of the capital programme
• Strategic planning and procurement including supporting team members in the sound category management processes, project implementation methodologies are deployed and implementation is completed in accordance with RTP’s process, documentation and governance requirements. This includes processes such as negotiation, risk mitigation, change management and innovation
• Develop and implement organizational change initiatives delivery of our workplaces ensuring these are expertly communicated
