• Drive visibility and influence by supporting strategic decision-making and overall effectiveness of the Global Workplace function through governance and performance reporting.
• Collaborate across global teams and functions, playing a key role in integrating operational and capital initiatives.
• Identify and lead process improvements and implement planning systems that shape how major workplace projects are delivered globally.
• Based in Perth or Brisbane.

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to oversee reporting and governance processes, ensuring robust controls and compliance across the Global Workplace function. This role supports programme and business management activities, coordinates reporting across internal and external stakeholders, and integrates operational and capital elements to streamline project delivery. The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of project planning systems, including schedule risk analysis and performance monitoring. They will also drive stakeholder engagement, promote standardized processes, and identify continuous improvement opportunities to enhance project outcomes and business value.
