We are looking for an experienced and adaptable workplace project coordinator to manage and govern a wide range of projects and initiatives within the Global Workplace team. This will be a varied role ranging from reporting and project analytics, controls and governance as well as delivery. A critical role in the support of the Global Workplace team in ensuring high quality outcomes which directly benefit our people.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Creates, maintains and delivers reporting on project forecasts and other project data.
  • Identifies improvement opportunities for streamlining project controls work process.
  • Financial and contract administration of capital and other projects
  • Coordinate the development of consistent project methodologies, design, and performance metrics
  • Ensure proactive identification documentation and management of project risks.
  • Support the delivery of effective change management procedures within projects
  • Support the Capital and Commercial function of the Global Workplace team through collaboration with other team members to deliver optimal outcomes
  • Work closely with the GW leadership to coordinate and deliver a range of workplace initiatives

To be successfully considered for this role, you will ideally have:

  • At least 5 years of experience in project management and coordination
  • Strong understanding of project lifecycle, methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall), and governance frameworks.
  • Proficiency in project planning, reporting, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Experience managing internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and contractors.
  • Ability to monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Proficiency in tools like MS Project
  • Experience in implementing and refining project delivery standards and best practices.
  • Experience in delivery of workplace projects and supporting a large workplace portfoli
