The operations team is growing, and this time, we are looking for a Global Workshops Lead to oversee Cooltra’s workshops, both in Spain and in the other European cities where the station-based business line operates through its different branches. What will your responsibilities be? Lead and develop Cooltra´s maintenance and workshops, by offering online and presential support. Analyse and propose improvements in workshop management. Analyse productivity KPIs, ensuring our repairs system (POT) is used at the required standard. Document management, regulatory compliance, health and safety compliance, and recycling. Control of warranty processes. Cost analysis and control of maintenance plans and repairs conducted in our workshops. Functional support (POT & Backend): Changes / updates, loading vehicle actions, translations. Specific project management tasks, ensuring a good collaboration with other departments, to ensure a good functionality of our systems. What profile are we looking for? Intermediate-advanced level of Excel. Advanced level of English & Spanish. Availability to travel across Europe and visit different workshops (up to 20% of the time) International experience leading global projects. Demonstrable experience working as a mechanic, in a workshop, or a mechanical engineering qualification. Demonstrated experience operating ERP platforms. Familiar with backend systems (data storage, business logic, APIs), middleware and IoT devices. Mandatory: residence in Barcelona. Why Cooltra?
