Fleet Expansion – New Crew Set Required As Haute Aviation continues to expand its fleet, we are looking to recruit a new crew set for our Global XRS operation based in Payerne (LSMP). This is an opportunity to join a growing and highly professional team operating in the premium segment of European business aviation. About Haute Aviation Haute Aviation is a Swiss-Austrian business aviation company holding Air Operator Certificates in both Switzerland and Austria. We manage a diverse fleet ranging from helicopters to long-range business jets and operate from bases in Zug, Gstaad, and Salzburg. Our team consists of true aviation professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality, reliable, and personalised charter and aircraft management services. Purpose The applicant is expected to demonstrate the highest standards of flying proficiency, safety, and situational awareness. This includes the consistent application of: Crew Resource Management (CRM) Threat and Error Management (TEM) Strong airmanship and decision-making Effective teamwork in daily operations The pilot must actively pursue continuous learning and professional development, operate strictly in accordance with Haute Aviation’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining absolute discretion. Key Responsibilities The crew member shall take all reasonable steps to: Remain current with all applicable regulations, standards, and recognised aviation best practices Ensure strict adherence to all operational procedures and checklists as defined in the Operations Manual Maintain the highest level of professionalism and safety awareness in all flight operations Provide requested documentation in a timely manner when required by the Authority. All documentation shall be submitted via NP Flight Operations, who will forward it to the relevant Authority Qualifications EASA Frozen ATPL minimum. Flight experience of at least 1500hrs Total Time. 500hrs Global or similar type. Good knowledge of Business Aviation Operations. Administrative skills Strong customer service skills. Fluent in English (spoken & written) Others The candidate needs to be a Swiss or an EU passport holder Candidates are required to provide a cover letter and include a description of the use of their administrative skills to enhance aircraft operations. Roster: 17 days on / 13 days off Start Date: 1 June 2026 or by mutual agreement VFR flying skills are a must Only candidates fitting the above-listed criteria will be considered. According to the new EASA regulation, a full pre-employment assessment will need to be completed.
