We’re looking for a former founder/GM to take Leland’s Bootcamps business line from 1 to 100. Leland is growing rapidly, and the Bootcamps business is a critical segment of our revenue. If you are a mission-driven, high-agency operator who has range from 50,000 feet to 1 foot - if you can go from strategic inventory planning to DMing 100 course creators on LinkedIn to negotiating and closing a deal - you will love this role, and we want you to join the team. What You'll Do: Taking a >$1M business line and building + executing strategy to scale it 10x, then 10x again Recruiting new supply of bootcamps and course creators to expand inventory Opening new distribution channels - in particular, paid acquisition, affiliate/partner sales, and B2B bootcamp sales Leading a “tiger team” of talented operators and engineers to make product bets that drive growth and improve the user experience Partnering closely with a talented team of operators (from BCG, Bain & Company, Uber, LinkedIn, etc.) Building a rocket ship while riding it to the moon Qualifications: College degree or equivalent Owned and operated a business or business line that generated revenue Your Identity: Energetic builder whose ultimate goal is to found a business Influential leader who can bring people together around a vision Clever, opinionated strategist who can prioritize and solve problems, then defend the priorities and methods used to solve them Thoughtful negotiator who can structure and close deals High-agency owner who runs their own ship Gritty operator who is not afraid to get in the weeds and work hard at all hours Metrics-led researcher with a drive to test and iterate Mission-driven mentor who helps others achieve their goals Why Leland?
