REQUIREMENTS:

• GM Certified Technician (any level A-B)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Proficient with GM scan tools and repair systems
• Solid work ethic, integrity, and customer-first mindset
• Must have own tools and valid driver’s license

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues across all GM vehicles
• Perform multi-point inspections, test drives, and diagnostic procedures
• Collaborate with advisors and service management on customer concerns and recommended work
• Execute preventative maintenance including fluid services, brakes, and tune-ups
• Ensure compliance with GM service protocols and safety standards
• Maintain thorough documentation for all service and repair work
• Provide accurate repair timelines, cost estimates, and updates to customers
• Stay current through GM technical training and certification programs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
