We deliver BIM enabled engineering services, for example Structural or MEP engineering for buildings and infrastructure projects. With our 2 business lines „Virtual Technical Office” and „End-to-end” we offer tailored-made engineering solutions or fully integrated project planning and supervision. Role Overview: Own full operational P&L and lead end-to-end delivery, scalability, digital transformation, and organizational growth for a large engineering/BIM services firm serving international markets. Key Responsibilities 1. P&L & Growth Own revenue, margins, and EBITDA. Drive growth via utilization (>88%), pricing, new services, and market expansion. Achieve annual EBITDA targets. 2. Delivery & Client Excellence Ensure 100% on-time delivery with zero critical defects. Maintain NPS >75. Lead governance, quality frameworks, and key client escalations. 3. Capacity & Efficiency Scale operations through workforce planning and training. Optimize pyramid structure and salary cost ratios. 4. Process & Digital Transformation Lead automation (Tekla, Revit, Python, Power BI, ERP). Implement ISO 9001, ISO 27001, CMMI-equivalent systems. Drive BIM automation, cloud collaboration, AI-based QA tools. 5. Leadership Build strong second-line leadership. Establish KPI-driven, high-performance culture. Maintain senior attrition
