Description
Lead end-to-end Cyber Security operations including Alerts Monitoring, Incident Management, and Content Design. Oversee the Vulnerability Management function, ensuring timely scanning, identification, prioritisation, and remediation of vulnerabilities. Establish and scale new capabilities such as Cyber Forensics and Threat Intelligence. Develop and execute business growth strategies for Cyber Operations and Vulnerability Management services. Drive year-on-year efficiency improvements through automation and other levers. Manage multi-stakeholder relationships across global business entities. Attract, retain, and motivate top cyber security talent. Ensure continuous compliance with cyber security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements. Interface with internal and external auditors during cyber security audits. Assess and enhance current technology architecture for security resilience. Support cross-functional initiatives and drive continuous service improvement Building and scaling new cyber capabilities like Forensics and Threat Intelligence. 15+ years of experience in IT, with 10+ years in Cyber Security. Strong background in IT security operations, incident management, and vulnerability management. Proficient in SOC tools (SIEM, TI, IR) and vulnerability tools (Tenable, Qualys). Experience working in large, global enterprises across Europe, US, and Africa. Exposure to cyber security domains including risk management, compliance, audits, and infrastructure. International experience in delivering cyber security solutions or consulting engagements. Demonstrated ability to manage large teams and financials. Familiarity with standards such as NIST, OWASP, CIS, ISO/IEC 27001. Knowledge of emerging areas like Cyber Forensics and Deception Management. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills. Excellent communication and presentation capabilities. Awareness of emerging technologies (IoT, Cloud, Mobile Security, Data Analytics). Understanding of agile methodologies. Active engagement in cyber security communities in India is a plus.
