Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As GM / Head of Product & Program for Evolve Biologix, you will be the founder’s execution arm—translating vision into reality with a small, senior, “ninja” team. You will own product direction, business execution, and measurable outcomes.
You will run the entire product + go-to-market cycle: from UI/UX overhaul and biometric coaching features, to market launch strategy, partnership deals, and post-launch growth. You will also ensure that financial plans, budgets, and forecasts are aligned with the roadmap.
This is a founder-track role: you will operate as a mini-CEO with full responsibility for product, business, and growth—making decisions quickly and delivering results without requiring day-to-day founder involvement.
