Frost GM is currently seeking Licensed Technicians and ASEP GM Apprentices
GM Licensed Technicians will receive a $3,000 signing bonus. Non GM Licensed Technicians will receive a $2,000 signing bonus.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experienced Technicians with 3+ years in a fast-paced environment and a valid 310S license
  • Dealership and brand specific knowledge are beneficial.
  • Strong aptitude of technical/mechanical repairs.
  • Knowledge of the latest automotive technology and advancements.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Effective communication skills with customers and team members.

Responsibilities
  • Perform repairs and maintenance services following industry standards and manufacturer guidelines as assigned.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostics to identify any malfunctions and perform the repair.
  • Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment to pinpoint complex problems.
  • Collaborate with service advisors to communicate repair recommendations to customers.
  • Qualify all vehicles for warranty coverage prior to performing warranty repairs.
  • Examine vehicles to determine if additional safety or service work is required.
  • Perform road tests using safe driving standards.
  • Stay sharp and up to date on latest industry trends, vehicle technology, and repair techniques
  • Complete repair orders accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
