What’s the Opportunity As our next GM Sales for Home Solutions NZ, and a key member of the HS leadership team, this is your opportunity to: take overall responsibility for strategic planning, execution and performance of Home Solution’s builder, reseller & retail channels to increase market share and deliver profitable growth in the short and long term, and leverage existing Fisher & Paykel business and networks to sell whole of Home Solutions and deliver a world-class end to end customer experience across all touchpoints aligned to Fisher & Paykel’s brand. We are now seeking... An inspirational sales leader who can continue to drive a culture of high performance and alignment to our leading goals. Our ideal applicant demonstrates the necessary commercial rigour and aptitude to continue to take this business forward, who can execute our sales strategy with clarity and vision. You will bring clear understanding, commitment and unwavering focus on strategic and operational planning and leadership. You know how to get the best from your people, applying supportive tension where required, and demonstrate the right relationships with customers and stakeholders to support this drive.
