Description
Lead financial governance and controls, delivering high-quality financial insights and challenge. Manage pricing models for Tech VOIS, liaising with OPC and aligning cost bases; oversee reconciliation with billing and recharges. Ensure timely and accurate submission of forecasts and actuals, maintaining a robust control environment. Build and maintain strong relationships with Tech VOIS business partners and offshore finance teams. Provide guidance during rolling forecasts and DB periods for key financial KPIs. Act as a trusted business partner to senior leaders, supporting decision-making and financial planning. Facilitate cross-functional finance interactions and act as a consultant on finance-related queries. Collaborate with local market finance teams to ensure alignment and transparency. Contribute to target setting and cost reduction initiatives across the business area. Establish systems and processes to support organisational changes and drive efficiencies. Lead and support time-bound special projects and ad-hoc initiatives. A collaborative and communicative finance professional with strong FP&A skills and credibility with senior stakeholders. Experience in Pricing, Budgeting & stakeholder management. Proficient in reporting tools and excel. Demonstrates sound judgement and timely decision-making. Actively engages with different parts of the business and embraces change. Skilled in prioritisation, organisation, and relationship-building at senior levels. Experienced in business partnering and supporting strategic initiatives. Proficient in SAP and BI tools. Part-qualified or qualified accountant preferred.
