Overview:
This position will supervise and manage the day to day accountabilities of the Location and Market Administrative team. A successful candidate must be able to lead execution of Nebraska and Kansas Market Settlement, AP, AR and other sales related administrative tasks in compliance with Pepsico Global Compliance Standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides strong oversight of key PBNA financial review processes for the overall Nebraska and Kansas Markets.
  • Manage Location administrative team through the annual PDR process – Objective Setting, Mid-year evaluation and Year-end evaluation process
  • Evaluation team’s progress against Objectives, identify opportunities and develop resolution plans as
  • Maintain a high level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential material on a daily basis
  • Ability to work proficiently and calmly under pressure situations
  • Manage & administer specific applications/processes to include specific SME tasks 50%+ of time
  • (AP,CETS, ESC, ERT, Kronos/SAP) in an accurate and timely matter
  • Project management
  • Develop administrative team capability – identifying opportunities and action plans to resolve
  • Highly Analytical with strong Attention to Detail
  • Critical thinker with the ability to identify issues and formulate solutions
  • Ability to develop, motivate, and lead others
  • Demonstrates tact, integrity, maturity, professionalism, and respect for others, both internally and externally

  • Builds and maintains effective working relationships with internal departments and acts as liaison to identify and remedy issues
  • Provides strong oversight and analysis into key Financial Strategies and initiatives-ensure participation and compliance with initiatives
  • Manage staff calendars, vacation schedules and backfill coverage
  • Maintain a high level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential material on a daily basis
  • Ability to work proficiently and calmly under pressure
  • Travel required- 20% to 40%
  • Lead Administrative team to support delivery of plan and business priorities
  • Create Efficiency: Reduce /Eliminate Administrative team OT
  • Drive Future Business Success: Align with Management on tasks to transition to Administrative Team or Deliver well controlled - Control & Compliance Audit
  • Drive Org Health: Lead Culture & Inclusion team projects & initiatives
  • Develop Others: Provide training/tools to location Administrative Team
