Do you have the skills needed to drive process improvements in complex system implementation work?
We are looking for a driven individual to join our Data Solutions Team, within Aon’s UK Retirement business. This is a team which brings together specialists from across our business to deliver project work for clients.
This is a hybrid role with the ability to work from one of our UK offices, including Birmingham, Sheffield or Glasgow.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE THAT WILL LEAD TO SUCCESS

• Be proactive and self-motivated, with a desire to own and deliver the best solutions for Aon
• An ability to improve processes and adapt to change
• Have experience of similar projects, such as pensions change projects and/or GMP equalisation
• Have strong organisational skills, able to prioritise actions and ensure their execution
• Ability to identify project risks/issues, and work with internal stakeholders to mitigate
• Have good interpersonal skills and be able to work well in a team
