Job Description The Eurofins BioPharma Services Network of Companies is a first-class biopharmaceutical outsourcing services partner (Contract Research Organization - CRO), working with pharmaceutical, chemical, biotechnology, medical device, and cosmetic clients. The network covers the whole chain of drug development thanks to an international network of laboratories and testing units with global reach, uniform QA systems, and high-quality services. We are looking for a GMP Project Manager Pharma who will contribute to the significant growth of our business by: • Supervision of customer projects with focus on Pharma Analytics (Analytical Development, Dissolution, Chromatography, Particle Testing, Stability Storage), as well as related subcontracted analytical services within the Eurofins Group • Collaboration in the creation and preparation of quotations • Planning and organization of customer projects and related deliverables (e.g. review of technical documents, plans and validation reports) • Ensuring that the commissioned analytical work is carried out properly and on time, as well as co-responsibility for GMP-compliant execution • Mapping and configuration of projects in the LIMS system • Approval of analysis results and reports • Supervision and scientific support of ongoing customer projects and participation in the acquisition of new projects • General process optimization and further development of the site Qualifications • Completed studies in the field of life sciences (pharmacy, chemistry, biology) • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in a regulated environment (ISO 17025, GLP, ideally GMP) • Experience in pharmaceutical quality control and/or analytical development • High customer and service orientation • Very good understanding of IT and Office applications, ideally experience with LIMS systems • Ideally experience in project management • You are a team player, responsible and reliable • Very good German and good English skills • Knowledge of French is an advantage Additional Information If we have aroused your interest, we would be delighted if you could send us a personal cover letter, your CV and references. Responsibilities
The GMP Project Manager will supervise customer projects focused on Pharma Analytics and ensure that analytical work is carried out properly and on time. Responsibilities also include planning and organization of projects, collaboration on quotations, and scientific support for ongoing projects.
