Description
We’re looking for a Senior UX Designer to help drive end-to-end product design for an exciting enterprise application. Translate requirements into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma. Create polished UI designs, interaction patterns, and specs that enable efficient implementation. Build, maintain, and improve a design system (components, patterns, tokens, documentation, governance). Partner with Product Managers to clarify problems, define scope, and validate solutions. Collaborate with Engineers to ensure designs are feasible, performant, and implemented with high fidelity. Plan and conduct lightweight user research and usability testing; iterate based on findings and data. Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design (WCAG-minded), and apply UX best practices across the product. Contribute to design critiques and help raise UX craft, consistency, and quality across teams. 5–8+ years of UX/Product Design experience (or equivalent), ideally with enterprise/B2B software. Strong Figma skills (components, libraries, auto-layout, prototyping, collaboration workflows). Demonstrated experience creating or evolving a design system. Strong interaction design, information architecture, and visual design fundamentals. Ability to simplify complex workflows and balance user needs with business goals and technical constraints. Ability to design with awareness of responsive behavior, component-based UI, and front-end implementation considerations. Clear communication: able to present design rationale and influence stakeholders. Comfortable working in ambiguity and iterating quickly in an agile environment. A portfolio showing end-to-end thinking and shipped work (enterprise apps a plus). Nice to Have Accessibility expertise and experience designing for regulated or high-compliance environments. Familiarity collaborating with front-end systems (design tokens, component APIs, responsive behavior). Working knowledge of front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and how they impact UX and implementation. Working Style / Expectations Collaborative, pragmatic, and user-centered. Bias toward clarity and consistency, with attention to detail. Comfortable owning problems and driving alignment across teams.
