Employment Type Permanent Closing Date 17 Feb 2026 11:59pm Job Title GN&T and InfraCo Relationship Lead Principal Job Summary This role leads and coordinates the commercial relationship between Telstra’s, Global Network & Technology (GN&T) group, and InfraCo and Amplitel (The role manages and optimises: • Intercompany Agreements (ICA) • Primary Services Agreements (PSA) • Ancillary Services Agreements (ASA) • Ways of working and operational excellence • Simplification of group interlock The position acts in partnership with InfraCo as a Strategic Partner delivering unique value to Telstra and enabling the Connected Future 2030 strategy. Job Description Key Responsibilities Customer Ensure customer needs and service expectations are clearly represented in all interactions. Commercial Management Optimise ICA, PSA and ASA agreements to ensure: Fair and reasonable value is achieved Services are delivered consistently and without contention Maintain strong commercial governance and operational alignment. Value Creation Act as the central interface between Telstra and InfraCo to identify, prioritise, and deliver value‑adding opportunities. GN&T Representation Serve as the escalation point for commercial matters unresolved in operational forums Lead/coordinate strategic initiatives to optimise GN&T outcomes. Lead and represent GN&T in joint forums Align GN&T expectations with service delivery outcomes Collaborate across GN&T (e.g., Engineering Commercial, Fixed Engineering, Wireless Engineering, Fixed Services) to meet strategic, operational, technology, compliance, and financial needs Performance & Innovation Identify opportunities for innovation, continuous improvement, and stronger operational interlock Build rapport and trust through regular communication and personalised support Qualifications & Experience Essential Demonstrable leadership and team‑management capability Proven Executive level communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrable Polished Executive level presentation skills Proficiency in budget management and financial analysis Highly Desirable Bachelor’s degree in either Engineering or Business Deep understanding of Telstra’s Network Infrastructure Experience leading large, diverse teams Proven Commercial experience, management of Commercial relationship SLA’s contracts including, contract transaction work Extensive deep experience in client‑facing roles, preferably in business development or account management Personal Attributes Strong interpersonal, negotiation, influencing and problem‑solving abilities Strategic thinker with a data‑driven approach to decision‑making Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities from Executive stakeholders Strong organisational and time‑management skills We're an iconic Aussie brand with a global footprint.
