Role & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Product Managers throughout the product lifecycle to ensure design meets business goals and end-user’s need; demonstrating strong understanding of product requirements.
  • Create web applications, product demos and coming up with new designs, including (but not limited to) user flows, personas, journey-maps, information architecture, wireframes, visual mock-ups and prototypes.
  • Ability to articulate design intent to internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Present and justify design decisions based on best practices for user experience.
  • Plan and lead user research activities to understand the end users and validate designs.
  • Understand technical constraints and work closely with development teams to ensure the best possible outcomes for the user experience.
  • Contribute to and define the Design System.
  • Keeping up with the latest design and technological trends and propose/apply them when applicable.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor in User Experience, Interactive Media Design or related fields with 4 years or more related experience in UI/UX design with experience in creating responsive design for web applications.
  • Deep understanding of the full-cycle design process of web application products, preferably in the B2B industry.
  • Good analytical skills to understand complex business problems.
  • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Knowledge of web-based technologies and their impact on the feasibility of design solutions.
  • Knowledge of front-end HTML and CSS is a plus.
  • Amicable communication skills - written, verbal and presentation.
  • Good organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Proactive, open-minded and willing to accept design critique to improve design concepts.
  • Able to collaborate within a team and work independently.
