Description

Fast Track Indoor Karting is an Indoor Go-Kart / Family Entertainment facility located in the heart of Langley. We are expanding our operations in Spring 2025. We are currently seeking enthusiastic, self-motivated people to join our Crew.
Positions:
- Customer Service Reception & Birthday Party Coordinator

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be eligible to work in Canada
  • Have reliable transportation
  • Must have good communication skills
  • Must have exceptional customer service skills
  • Math and currency aptitude
  • Work well with other members of our staff
  • Professional and courteous to our customers.
  • Positive, outgoing attitude
  • Prior customer service and supervisory experience
  • Valid First Aid Certification
  • Meet the physical demands of the job i.e.: pull, start and push a go kart; stand for extended periods of time
    Shifts available - Mon-Sun 9:45am-12:15am. Weekend / Evening availability is required.

    Pay: $17.40-$18.25 per hour
    Expected hours: 8 – 30 per week

Responsibilities
  • Greet our customers and assist them in understanding our pricing and specials.
  • Maintain the track, pits and race environment ensuring a fun and safe time.
  • Apply knowledge of company products and services to assist the customer with purchases.
  • Efficiently process customer information and respond to inquiries and complaints in a diplomatic manner.
  • Maintain our facility cleanliness as per our standards.
  • Ensuring track safety and compliance to racing rules and regulations.
  • Assisting on the Track with monitoring races & working directly with the public.
  • Ensuring a positive customer experience and mitigating any issues.
  • Maintain a professional and upbeat attitude to foster a great racing experience
  • Currency and accurate handling of transactions is required for Reception position
  • Great attention to detail for party bookings (Including order pizzas, record keeping and assisting with day of coordination).
  • The computer software require good multitasking skills and attention to detail
