As a Go-To-Market Engineer (GTM), you will build, optimize, and scale Keen’s growth and revenue engine. This is a highly technical, strategic role responsible for connecting marketing, sales, and product through systems, data, and experimentation. You will architect and run the infrastructure that turns marketing activity into pipeline and revenue, owning both the technical GTM stack and the performance of the funnel. This is ideal for someone who thinks like a marketer, builds like an engineer, and measures like a revenue operator. What you’ll do as a Go-To-Market Engineer? Design and optimize our’ end-to-end go-to-market and revenue funnel. Own the GTM tech stack. Build systems and workflows that improve lead capture, routing, scoring, and conversion. Drive performance across acquisition channels through analytics, testing, and automation. Partner with sales, and revenue operations to ensure data flows cleanly and decisions are backed by real metrics. Build dashboards and models to track pipeline health, CAC, conversion, and revenue impact. Run experiments across channels, audiences, offers, and messaging and scale what works. Implement attribution and incrementality frameworks to understand what truly drives growth. Improve lifecycle and nurture performance through segmentation, automation, and personalization. Support GTM launches and campaigns with technical enablement and performance optimization. Identify and deploy new growth tools, integrations, and workflows. Qualifications What characteristics do the best GTM’s have? The emotional intelligence and communication skills to successfully work with the best and brightest marketing professionals. A willingness to grow a deep knowledge in both marketing and modeling. Must have 5 - 8 years of experience in growth, demand generation, revops, or marketing operations. Strong technical skills working with APIs, automation, and data systems. Deep experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms. Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring funnel performance and ROI. Proven ability to translate business goals into systems and workflows that drive revenue. Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-ownership startup environment. Strong communicator who can influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to travel within the United States 1–3 times per year for company on-site events. Must have a dedicated home office/workspace to support full-time remote work.
