Description
We’re looking for a Go-To-Market Engineer to support the setup and optimization of marketing and sales automation systems for SMB clients. This is a hands-on, technical role focused on backend implementation, integrations, and workflow automation rather than traditional marketing. What You’ll Do Configure and manage marketing automation tools (e.g., Clay and similar platforms) Build and maintain automated GTM workflows and sequences Set up and manage integrations between CRMs and outbound tools Troubleshoot automation, data, and integration issues Optimize workflows for scalability across multiple clients Collaborate remotely with a US-based client-facing team What We’re Looking For Experience with marketing automation or RevOps / Sales Ops tools Strong understanding of CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) Workflow logic mindset and problem-solving skills Curiosity and ability to quickly learn new tools Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments Nice to Have Experience with Clay or data enrichment tools Familiarity with Zapier, Make, or APIs Exposure to outbound sales tooling Light technical or scripting experience We provide comprehensive training for all candidates, regardless of their background or previous experience as a VA.
