JOB DESCRIPTION

The GTM Readiness Lead will be responsible for assisting in and/or leading activities tied to go-to-market strategy set within the Product & Channel Marketing Group, with the goal of maximizing revenue for the organization. This role will work with many departments throughout the organization including ePMO, sales and operational teams to ensure successful product launches and repositioning of existing solutions. An ideal candidate for this role will have the ability to work independently with limited guidance, as well as partner with others in the organization to deliver results. Central to the role will be the ability to monetize products, develop rollout strategies, and commercialize products globally working hand-in-hand with product to test and pilot.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with Product Marketing Leads to understand the market landscape and customer centric needs of applicable products
  • Develop optimal go-to-market launch strategies by market, including account segmentation, launch pricing, sales team responsibilities, service processes, incentives and boarding needs
  • Partner with Product Marketing to ensure clear value propositions are identified and incorporated into training and market collateral ahead of releasee to market
  • Use project management skills to partner with groups across the organization for the new product launch to ensure clarity on stakeholder responsibilities, requirements, timelines for deliverables, interdependencies, etc.
  • Become the subject matter expert to support business process questions, sales presentations and messaging deliverables, and training content planning and delivery
  • Conduct post launch reviews to gauge success and identify learnings that can be used to enhance future product releases and identify revenue growth opportunities
  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Client Success, Finance, Product and Engineering to support our new product launch process

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Eight to ten years of experience in project management activities
