Job Description Start Date: September 2026 Duration: 6 months Availability: 32 hours/ 40 hours per week *Please be aware that you must be enrolled in your study program for the entire duration of the internship The Go‑to‑Market (G2M) team ensures that Rituals operates as one strong global brand, while respecting local needs across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. We act as the central link between local market teams (LHOs) and global/central departments such as Innovation, Brand, Retail, Training and Digital. Our role is to: Translate global strategies into practical, locally relevant guidance Bring market insights and needs back into the global planning cycle Support markets in executing campaigns, activations, and commercial programs with consistency and impact In this internship, you will support the International Marketing team in coordinating the end‑to‑end Go‑to‑Market process. You will gain hands‑on experience across multiple markets, functions, and campaigns, acting as a true connector within the organization. What you’ll do Support the rollout of international marketing campaigns & toolkits Gather market insights and structure them into clear inputs for stakeholders Help manage project timelines, action lists, and campaign readiness Create and update presentations for handovers and internal meetings Conduct trend, competitor, and market research Support creation of the biweekly newsletters Contribute ideas during social asset brainstorms Brief internal creative agency communication materials Qualifications Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel Eye for detail and strong sense of structure Ability to summarize complex information into clear, actionable points Curious mindset: enjoys analyzing markets, trends, and competitors Previous internship or project experience in marketing or brand management is a plus.
