The Role Cedar is looking for a Go-to-Market Lead to help operationalize and scale how we bring our product to developers as we expand into new cities. You’ll be responsible for taking an existing GTM playbook, standardizing how we execute it, and deploying it consistently across markets. This role sits at the intersection of sales enablement, content, and strategy, with ownership over how Cedar shows up to developers — from first touch through ongoing engagement. You’ll work closely with the founders, product, and delivery teams to ensure our positioning stays grounded in real capabilities and real outcomes, and that our GTM motion is repeatable as we grow. What You’ll Do Operationalize and deploy Cedar’s city-level GTM playbook across new markets Standardize sales materials, messaging, and processes to support repeatable execution Support market entry and early deal motion alongside founders and delivery teams Own developer-facing communications, including: Cedar’s newsletter Market insights and educational content for developers Thought leadership grounded in real projects and data Build and manage top-of-funnel lead generation programs for new and existing markets Ensure consistent positioning across sales, marketing, and partnerships Capture market learnings and feed them back into product and strategy Build lightweight systems and reporting to track funnel health and GTM performance What We’re Looking For Experience executing or scaling GTM, growth, or go-to-market programs for a complex product or service Strong written and verbal communicator with credibility and clarity Analytical mindset with good judgment and prioritization Confidence working directly with founders and senior stakeholders in fast-moving environments Nice to Have Experience in real estate development, construction, architecture, or urban policy Familiarity with market-by-market or city-by-city expansion Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary Meaningful equity ownership Healthcare, dental, and vision Early-stage ownership and impact
