As a Senior Manager for Pharma & Life Sciences , your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Support our clients in re-defining or optimising their concepts or processes within their Go-To-Market Strategies across all four pillars: Market Access, Regulatory Affairs, Commercial Excellence, and Patient Engagement.
  • Lead projects or project streams improving and enhancing patient’s lives .
  • Bring innovative ideas that drive greater market impact, building creative and efficient systems, roadmaps, and processes.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including private organisations, public institutions, and healthcare providers, to deliver a personalized and value-driven approach.
  • Develop comprehensive Go-To-Market strategies that consider the unique characteristics of products, brands and market dynamics.
  • Provide solutions that facilitate effective engagement with stakeholders and ensure alignment with regulatory and compliance standards. Deliver business transformation programs by designing and implementing a value model that aligns with organizational processes, achieving best-in-class solutions.
  • Ensure that your knowledge in Market Access, Regulatory Affairs, Commercial Excellence, and Patient Engagement is cutting-edge, incorporating relevant industry insights and healthcare legislation. Conduct assessments of the healthcare landscape to identify new areas of opportunity and strategic partnerships (private and public).Track metrics, analytics and performance reporting methods to measure impact.
