Role Type: Full-time Engagement: Independent Contractor Hours: UK Timezone Key Responsibilities Connect CRM, marketing, and product systems to ensure unified data flow and operational efficiency Automate lead generation, enrichment, and outreach workflows to reduce manual tasks and increase productivity Build and manage data pipelines that support real-time visibility into sales and marketing performance Analyse engagement metrics and GTM workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into scalable technical solutions Continuously test, optimise, and refine GTM systems to support faster, smarter revenue operations Experience with CRMs like Salesforce, HubSpot, and marketing automation tools. Proficiency in no-code/low-code platforms (Zapier, Make, Tray.io, Airtable, etc.). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and generate strategic insights. Experience building scalable GTM systems or revenue operations workflows is a major plus. Excellent problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.
