JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE Employment Open the office as per the company working hours. check cleanliness of the interior, making a record of any poor levels of cleanliness or any maintenance issues and take necessary steps/action to remedy. Ensure that the pantry is well stocked with milk, sugar, tea and coffee. Greet and welcome visitors and interview candidates to the Offices During office working hours. Monitor and ensure that the reception area is kept tidy and projects a business-like image. Answering incoming calls and directing inquiries to appropriate Departments. Office Services Provide office supplies (Stationery & kitchen supplies) for staff and maintain adequate stocks. Provide administrative and general support to the Country Manager. Performs other related duties as assigned. Travel /Accommodation organizations of the team members. Support HR department for the indoor or outdoor team events. Meetings and Events management Provide logistical support to meetings held in the Meeting Room, to include preparation of meeting room and assist in arrangements for catering provisions REQUIREMENTS The ideal candidate must High level of Communication Skills and have minimum 1-3 years of experience with demonstrable knowledge of all administration functions, working as a Office Admin/ Receptionist in UAE. 2 years of which should have been in a MNC, and in a multicultural environment. The ideal candidate will have strong organization skills and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Familiar with the use of office equipment’s (Fax, Printer..etc). Ability to work on own initiative and take responsibility where necessary and to work as part of a team.
