POSITION OVERVIEW

The Go High Level Specialist will be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing marketing campaigns, sales funnels, automation sequences, and CRM processes inside the Go High Level platform. The ideal candidate will be both strategic and hands-on, with a strong background in marketing automation, CRM management, and technical troubleshooting.

Responsibilities
  • Platform Management: Configure, maintain, and optimize Go High Level accounts for internal use and/or client campaigns.
  • Automation & Workflows: Create, manage, and improve automated workflows, pipelines, and triggers to streamline sales and marketing processes.
  • Funnel Building: Design, develop, and optimize landing pages, forms, and sales funnels using Go High Level’s funnel builder.
  • CRM Optimization: Manage and maintain CRM data, segment contacts, and create tagging systems for effective communication.
  • Campaign Execution: Build and schedule email/SMS marketing campaigns, nurture sequences, and follow-up automations.
  • Integration: Connect Go High Level with third-party tools, APIs, and webhooks for enhanced functionality.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Track KPIs, generate performance reports, and recommend improvements for conversion and retention.
  • Troubleshooting: Provide technical support, resolve platform issues, and stay up to date on Go High Level feature releases.
  • Collaboration: Work with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
