This is a remote position. Schedule: Flexible hours - should be available for webinars and any other events where her support is required. Please keep in mind that these times are occasionally subject to change. (20 hours per week) GoHighLevel Expert We are looking for a highly skilled GoHighLevel (GHL) expert to manage and optimize all aspects of our coaching program’s marketing and operations. This is not an entry-level role — we need someone with deep expertise in GHL who can confidently build, troubleshoot, and scale systems without guidance. This role starts with our coaching program but has strong potential to expand across multiple companies within our organization. Responsibilities: Set up, manage, and optimize email automation systems using GoHighLevel Design, build, and manage advanced marketing funnels for course promotion and student engagement Manage and organize weekly course recordings within GoHighLevel Repurpose course content for multiple channels (email, social media, blog) Implement A/B testing for email campaigns and marketing funnels Track, analyze, and report on marketing metrics to guide strategy and improvements Set up and manage payment integrations within GoHighLevel Provide basic tech support for course participants during weekly sessions (approx. 2 hrs/week) Requirements: Expert-level experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) — must be able to fully leverage the platform for automation, funnel building, integrations, and troubleshooting Proven track record in email marketing and automation Strong understanding of marketing metrics, reporting, and data-driven strategy Experience with content repurposing and multi-channel marketing Familiarity with online course platforms and digital learning delivery methods Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-first approach Strong communication skills and ability to work independently Independent Contractor Perks Permanent work from home Immediate hiring ZR_28865_JOB Requirements
