This is a remote position. Overview We are seeking a highly proactive Marketing Operations Specialist (GoHighLevel & Automation Expert) to build, manage, and optimize automation systems across PPC, affiliate, and outreach channels. This role requires strong GoHighLevel experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to take full ownership of marketing workflows while working closely with the founders. You will help scale a fast-growing company by unifying lead flows, enhancing funnels, improving performance, and leading system improvements. Job Highlights Hourly Rate: USD 11 Number of Paid Hours Per Week: Flexible; must overlap with IST (mid-day) and EST business hours Schedule: Flexible schedule Work Arrangement: Work from home Contract: Independent Contractor Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection.
