This role requires the successful candidate to maintain a Working with Children Check The successful candidate can apply for the WWCC as part of the onboarding process. Responsibilities
  • Support Student Placements: Serve as the first point of contact for GRH students, managing inquiries , processing online applications and providing essential support.
  • Manage Administrative Processes: Maintain effective procedures for student support programs, including bursaries, and accommodation.
  • Process Financial Transactions: Handle student support payments, accommodation invoices, and other financial tasks related to placements.
  • Maintain Data and Reporting: Contribute to GRH data collection, reporting, and database management with high accuracy and precision .
  • Build Stakeholder Relationships: Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Assist with Events and Promotion: Support educational events and promotional activities for the GRH program.
  • Contribute to Continuous Improvement: Assist in developing and enhancing administrative processes to drive improvement .
