Description
This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Min Experience: 7+ years Location: Bengaluru JobType: full-time 7+ years of experience in software development, including a minimum of 3 years of direct hands-on work with GoLang. Demonstrated expertise in Go (Golang), concurrency models, and efficient memory management. Proven experience in creating RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven system architectures. Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and core object-oriented and programming concepts. Familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or comparable systems. Experience with message brokers like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ. Hands-on knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes. Exposure to cloud services including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Strong grasp of CI/CD methodologies and DevOps best practices. Proficient with Git and other version control systems. Excellent skills in analysis, debugging, and problem-solving. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working within Agile or Scrum frameworks. Understanding of security best practices for backend application development. Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Datadog. Certifications related to Cloud technologies, Kubernetes, or GoLang are advantageous.
