Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a GOLD Business Support Services System Integration Specialist Associate or Experienced to join our GOLD support team (Lev 1 Support) located in AZ, PA, MO, or TX.
The System Integration Specialist will be an integral member of the GOLD database administration team. GOLDesp is our Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) and Supply Chain management system of record that provides our customers (internal and external) total lifecycle sustainment for maintenance, supply management, asset visibility/availability and financials. As part of the team you will be trouble shooting system issues, uploading part information, conducting report analysis, and working with IT on a daily basis in order to support our programs.
The position analyzes and governs business and technical processes to formulate and develop new and improved business information processing systems and analytic solutions aligned to enterprise strategies. Represents the business units to define enterprise requirements and business cases for technology developments. Coordinates with business and technology teams integrating system and data requirements, such as system functions, output requirements, data acquisition, report development, and execution of user testing and acceptance. Supports and provides training and access for deployed systems.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):

  • 1 to 2 years working experience within supply chain, asset management, demand forecasting, engineering, and/or repair management
  • Experience working within the GOLD application
  • 3+ years working experience within supply chain, asset management, demand forecasting, engineering, and/or repair management.
  • 1+ years of experience in gathering data and performing a Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) analysis.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Tools including Word, Outlook, Excel, Access, MS Project.
  • Experience in a role requiring project management skill

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):

  • 3+ years working experience within supply chain, asset management, demand forecasting, engineering, and/or repair management
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Higher
  • 1+ years of customer service experience.
  • Experience with functional testing and/or user acceptance testing
  • Experience in a role requiring any type process improvement
  • Experience leading a project
  • Experience with U.S. Military supply chain systems and tools.
  • Familiarity with SAFe Agile Methodology.
  • MIL strip experience.
  • Experience in user interface design
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environmen
Responsibilities

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Assists in development and implementation of integrated business information solutions through supporting business cases, managing business data, generating basic reports, project planning, system change management, metrics gathering, and low-level end user support.
  • Gathers business information requirements and coordinates change activities.
  • Act as intermediary between the business/programs and IT.
  • Supports development and implementation of business architecture.
  • Supports monitoring and performs quality control actions relating to business information.
  • Develops and updates information dashboards and reports.
  • Supports system readiness testing.
  • Supports administration and monitoring of systems post-implementation.
  • Supports project management tasks related to business information integration activities.
  • Supports system changes and integration efforts.
  • Provides end-user support to include immediate system/data guidance and training design and delivery.
