REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and key skills:

  • Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience
  • Experience in Private Market Equity and/or Credit industry preferred
  • Collaborative, detail-oriented and organized with strong professional writing and presentation-creation skills
  • Thorough, mature and professional
  • Able to connect various requirements across multiple frameworks and coordinate efficiently with various stakeholders – both internal and external
  • Proactive team player in a fast-paced environment and a commitment to excellence, integrity and collaboration is a must
  • Bachelor’s Degree with a general preference for concentrations in Finance, Business Administration, Law, or Sustainability-related disciplines
  • Experience with key sustainability-related regulations and standards including SFDR, EU Taxonomy, TCFD, CSRD etc.
  • Experience with ESG KPIs/metrics preferredStrong experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word with some awareness of business intelligence software and software tools
