We currently employ around 300 people at our modern production facility in Idar-Oberstein, making us one of the largest employers in the area. The entire manufacturing process of our jewelry takes place under one roof. This allows us to maintain control over the quality of the stones, their cut, and the craftsmanship of their workmanship, right up to the finished piece. Our sustainable products are created here under fair working conditions. As a long-established family business, we have always considered the training of qualified young talent to be one of our fundamental responsibilities, because only with top-notch specialists can we maintain our high quality standards. We offer apprenticeships in trades such as goldsmithing, gem setting, and business administration.
