Job Title: Goldstar Sample Support Agent North America (Evening Shift) Location: Tunis, Tunisia Reporting to: Contact Centre Supervisor Overview of Role: * Process and manage sample requests from customers or the team. This involves reviewing requests, verifying eligibility, and ensuring all necessary information is collected * Track and manage sample inventory to ensure adequate stock levels. This includes monitoring usage and coordinating restocking as needed Primary responsibilities * Process and manage sample requests from customers or clients through salesforce. This involves reviewing requests, verifying eligibility, and ensuring all necessary information is collected * Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues related to sample orders, such as delivery problems or product questions. * Provide clear and professional communication with customers, ensuring they receive timely updates on their sample requests and any issues are handled effectively. * Ensure that the samples are sent out. * Gather feedback from customers regarding the samples they receive to help improve the sample distribution process and product offerings. * Maintain accurate records of sample requests, shipments, and customer interactions. This helps in tracking the status of each request and analyzing trends. * Work closely with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to align sample distribution with promotional activities or campaigns. Requirements & Qualifications * Attention to detail – strong accuracy, reading, comprehension and listening skills are critical * Problem solving skills - The ability to think on your feet, the ability to work hard under pressure, and great problem-solving skills are three essential attributes for this role * Languages - Proficient written and oral (in English) is essential. * Strong communicator – A team player with the ability to build relationships, and work with and through others to achieve Goldstar’s goals is essential * Customer Service Focus - A passion for delivering the highest levels of customer service, a ‘customer is king’ mentality and the ability to resolve customer issues effectively over the telephone is essential * A sense of urgency and the ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging work environment is essential * Excellent organization and time-management skills are also essential * Computer literate, with good keyboard skills; familiar with different on-line database packages and the Microsoft office Suite of products.
