Enjoy our world-class resort's surroundings and excitement, such as 14 heated outdoor pools, 14 hot tubs, and the state-of-the-art Shipwreck Island Water Park.Job DescriptionAs a Golf Cart Mechanic, you will:Observe mechanical devices in operation and listen to locate the cause of troubleRaise the vehicle with a hydraulic jack or hoist, to gain access to mechanical units bolted to underside of the vehicleDismantle devices to gain access to and remove defective partsRemove units such as engine, transmission, or differentialExamine the form and textures of parts to detect imperfections and dimensional requirementsDisassemble units and inspect parts for wearRepair or replace parts such as pistons, rods, gears, valves, and bearings.Rewire ignition system, lights, and instrument panelInstall special functional and structural parts and devicesReplace and adjust headlights and install repaired accessories such as mirrors and tiresLubricate and clean partsMaintain golf carts and bicyclesStart devices to test performanceKeep a daily log to track repairsSet up and operate drill press, grinder, torches, welder, and other metal working toolsKeep a preventive maintenance program on both golf carts and bicyclesQualificationsTo excel in this role, you must embody our core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic.
