Description Silo Point Country Club is seeking energetic, service-oriented individuals to join our team as Golf Cart / Outside Services Attendants. This position plays a key role in creating a welcoming, first-class experience for our members and guests from arrival to departure. Key Responsibilities: Greet members and guests with a warm, professional, and courteous attitude Provide exceptional service including bag handling, cart staging, and club cleaning Prepare, stage, and maintain golf carts to ensure they are clean, fully stocked, and ready for play Assist with the setup and execution of tournaments, outings, and member events Maintain a clean and organized cart barn, bag drop area, podium, parking lot, and surrounding clubhouse grounds Present the practice facility to club standards by maintaining practice balls, bag stands, and ball inventory throughout the day Communicate course policies, cart rules, and pace-of-play expectations in a friendly and professional manner Assist with directing the start of play when needed Support overall clubhouse presentation and team operations as required Requirements Requirements - Physical activity including long periods (6-8 hours) of standing, walking, bending, and, lifting. - The employee will be required regularly to reach with arms and hands. - The employee occasionally will be required to lift up to 40lbs. - Must possess valid Drivers License to operate Golf Carts.
Responsibilities
The attendant is responsible for creating a welcoming experience by greeting members and guests, handling bags, cleaning clubs, and preparing golf carts for play. Key duties also include maintaining the cleanliness of the cart barn, practice facility, and surrounding clubhouse grounds.
