JOB DESCRIPTION
· Location: Pensacola, Florida
· Lost Key Golf Club
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
Overall Operations Management: Overseeing all departments including golf operations, F&B, facilities management, marketing and sales, Human Resources and guest services.
Financial Management: Develop and monitor budgets, analyze financial statements, manage cash flows, safeguard funds and identify opportunities to increase revenues and reduce costs.
Staff Leadership and Development: Hiring, training, mentoring, and evaluating department managers and staff and ensuring effective communication across all teams.
Customer/Member Relations: Ensuring high levels of guest and member services satisfaction, addressing complaints and developing programs and events to enhance the guest and member experiences.
Course Maintenance Oversight: Working closely with the golf course superintendent to maintain high standards and desirable conditions.
Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing an annual business plan, marketing plan and other initiatives consistent with business objectives.
Compliance: Ensuring the club operates under all applicable local, state and federal laws and regulations.
Vendor/Contractor Management: Negotiating contracts and coordinating with external services.
Emergency Management: Handling emergencies such as fires, accidents and security breachers.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous in overseeing all aspects of club operations.
