JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking to add a competent strong customer focused manger to our establish management team.
The role is a very varied role that will play an integral part of the golf and club, ensuring the smooth delivery of all aspects of the day-to-day business along with delivering exceptional service to our customers.

The Role:

  • Manage the maintenance of the club house, site, golf facilities and health club.
  • Be the main point of contact for the lodge owners on site, handle all customer service matters, administration, viewings and lodge checks.
  • Provide other department cover when required.
  • Assist with the set-up and coordination of golf events, tournaments, and outings
  • Communication with Grounds Team – Liaise with greenkeepers and course staff to relay course conditions, maintenance schedules, and any player concerns.
  • Assist with Golf Days & Societies - Manage the golf day and society experience

· Health & Safety Compliance – Ensure all safety protocols are followed, including cart operation rules, course regulations, and emergency procedures.
