About the Role In this role, you will support the Golf Course Maintenance Department by ensuring all equipment is maintained, repaired, and operating at the highest standards of safety and performance. Acting as the Head Mechanic for the Department. Please note that this role will be onboarding in March, 2026. What You Will Do Inspect, diagnose, and repair golf course maintenance equipment. Perform preventative maintenance, including lubrication, adjustments, and reel/grinding work. Prepare machinery for daily use and respond to breakdowns. Monitor parts, fuel, and supply needs. Maintain clean, safe, and organized shop areas. Complete service logs and maintenance records accurately. Assist with operator training and safe-use guidelines. And more! What You Bring Mechanical experience; turf or small-engine background preferred. Knowledge of engines, reels, hydraulics, and electrical systems. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor-focused environment. Flexibility for early mornings, weekends, and seasonal demands.
