ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Greets all golf guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Travels golf course to address any golf course pace of play gaps and handles issues in an efficient and timely manner.
• Assist with the daily needs and requests of the guests of Ko Olina Golf Club.
• Responds to trouble calls of inoperable carts and may be required to estimate damage costs.
• Remove unsightly items from the golf course, i.e. misguided range balls, rubbish, golf cart supplies, etc.; repairs divots and replaces ropes and stakes as needed.
• Follows up on guest comments regarding golf cart operation; communicates problems to cart mechanic.
• Maintains awareness of surroundings, report unusual situations or golf course maintenance issues to the Head Professional or Superintendent.
• Monitors on-course restrooms, locker room and Jacuzzi conditions; reports discrepancies and needed repairs via required work orders immediately to the appropriate department.
• Restock driving range set up as needed - may require picking the range to replenish supply.
• Assist with inventory and proper handling of rental clubs, shoes, golf bags in storage, range balls and towels; properly records personal bags in storage.
• Assists in the coordination of tournaments and special events with the golf professionals.
