Frilford Heath Golf Club is looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious, and proactive individual to join their Golf Team as a Golf and Events Coordinator. Working as an integral part of the team, the successful candidate will report to the Membership & Events Manager.
As part of the team, you will assist at every moment in delivering our purpose, which is to provide our customers and members with first-class service to win their loyalty and advocacy consistently. The role is full-time, working five days from any seven. This role offers a competitive salary as well as additional employee benefits.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Booking of visitors and external golf days.
  • Upselling additional services such as welcome packs, beat the pro, trolleys and buggies.
  • Hosting all clients that visit the club, making sure they are looked after throughout the day
  • Managing the visitor customer journey across the club
  • Working with the Golf Shop and Office team to ensure golf operations standards are met and communicated.
  • Collating all event information to communicate to the F&B team and Golf team during weekly operations meetings

We are looking for someone with either previous experience in golf operations, events, or hospitality, if you don’t have golf experience, a knowledge of golf is essential.
Working with CRM systems such as Intelligentgolf is not essential but desirable. You will have a willingness to learn, develop and manage your tasks, but not be afraid to ask for help when needed.
