THE OPPORTUNITY Piedmont Driving Club is seeking a Golf Intern to safely and efficiently park and retrieve members’ and guests’ vehicles while providing a courteous and welcoming arrival and departure experience. WHAT YOU'LL DO Provide outstanding customer service to our members and their guests Assist golf professionals with activities relating to the management of day-to-day golf operations. WHAT YOU'LL EARN Wage: $18.00/hr. Medical insurance with employer-subsidized premiums Weekly pay with on-demand access for emergencies Complimentary parking, uniforms, and daily shift meals Requirements WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR · High School Diploma or GED · Actively pursuing PGA membership in a PGA Professional Golf Management program · Fundamental knowledge of the game of golf, rules of golf, golf facility operations and tournament operations · Strong organizational, planning and prioritization skills · Experienced in written and oral business communications · Proficient using Microsoft Operating Systems and Office Suite · Maintains a credible golf game preferred · Proficient in other applications, (e.g., tournament software and databases) preferred ARE YOU THE RIGHT FIT?
