· To work closely with the Golf Operations Team to ensure the front of house golf operation runs to the highest standard.
· Ensure the facilities are kept clean and operating correctly.
· To manage and maintain the driving range including the collection of range balls and the presentation of our Trackman bays.
· Ensure the buggy and trolley fleets are kept clean and in good working order ready for each day. Any required repairs to be reported without undue delay.
· To speak with every guest in a professional and courteous manner whilst striving to ensure that every guest leaves Christchurch Golf Club feeling better than when they arrived.
